This Award-winning tribute to songwriter-pianist-comedian-actor Thomas “Fats” Waller is performed by a five person cast, accompanied by an onstage pianist and small onstage combo, framed in a cabaret setting. MTWichita created a smart, period-appropriate costume package (roughly two costumes per character) for its 1999 production.
