I would suggest going on line to get photos of an old delivery truck (circa 1905-1910) to see what can be built. It depends on your blocking as well. I’ve seen productions where the wagon is never seen. We only see Harold come in with the trumpet for Winthrop followed by a few others with boxes containing some band hats and other instruments.
